At KM Surgical we specialise in minimally invasive and effective cosmetic surgery procedures that can be carried out under local anaesthetic with the option of light oral sedation. Our focus, in performing your surgery, is also on safety and quick recovery.

We also take an holistic approach, and in the case of facial interventions we understand that facial expression must be preserved and that any facial change must be directed to enhance a healthy and more youthful appearance but not to alter a person’s inherent characteristics and persona.

Cosmetic procedures should never interrupt the delivery of emotion through facial expression and maintained facial feedback is essential. A natural outcome is what we strive to achieve. Procedures can help a person to ‘look less severe’ to ‘look less tired or sad’ and this is desirable but they must still look themselves albeit with a more youthful and healthy profile which is the ‘feel good’ factor.
