Upper and lower abdomen can be reduced with the tumescent technique, we often use the Vaser on these areas especially in males because their fat is more fibrous.

Ankles & Calves

These areas are very hard to reduce with diet and exercise, these are sometimes a genetic tendency.

Buttocks

Buttocks can easily be reduced with tumescent liposuction, sometimes we need to do the outer thigh area to give a nicer result.

Chin

This is a popular area, it can make a dramatic difference to the face.

Flanks

Both female and males are prone to this area and can sometimes be difficult to shift with diet and exercise.

Inner Thighs

This is one of the most commonly requested area to be treated often the knees and outer thighs get treated at the same time.

Male Breasts

We only treat male breasts with liposuction at KM Surgical. Often we need to use the Vaser on this area.

Outer Thighs

Another commonly requested area in females.

Upper Arms

This is a tricky area, you have to be careful of skin tone on this area because if you removed the fat you can be left with hanging skin its important to be properly assessed.
