Terms, Conditions and Permissions

Payment and Booking Policy

Payment is required on the day of consultation/treatment unless you have medical insurance. Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to avoid any charges. Dermatology consultation cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $150 cancellation fee. Cosmetic surgery consultation cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $225 cancellation fee. Cosmetic surgery cancellations within 72 hours of your surgery appointment, we will refund you only 50% of your total surgery costs minus your deposit. Skin Surgical appointment cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $250 cancellation fee. Nurse & Dermal Therapist appointments cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $75 cancellation fee. Repeat cancellations will require a 50% deposit of the total treatment cost before booking any future appointments. This deposit is in addition to any previous cancellation fees incurred. Repeat no-shows will result in the patient being unable to re-book future appointments at KM Surgical. All cancellation fees must be paid at the time of re-booking.
